Welcome to the official website for the Ryan White Grants (RWG) Division, under the City of Paterson - Department of Human Services.  The Division operates several federal grants, which it awards to services providers (hospitals, clinics, community-based organizations, public health) to provide care and support to people living with HIV and AIDS in Northtern New Jersey.

The Ryan White Grants Division has successfully supported a continuum of care for people living with HIV and AIDS since 1995.  Over the past couple of years we have pioneered new territory and fostered HIV health initiatives and collaboratives to support client access to care and HIV treatment in the city of Paterson, and counties of Passaic and Bergen. We wish to thank all of the Ryan White funded providers, clients, the Paterson-Passaic County - Bergen County HIV Health Services Planning Council members, and the City of Paterson Administration who have contributed to the success of a coordinated service delivery system for persons living with HIV/AIDS.
